Gift Vouchers can be redeemed, in part or in full, only towards future purchases made on our website, they have no cash value.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen voucher redeem codes. We do not re-issue redeem codes.

Due to the fact that the manufacturers of these products do not guarantee their products for use overseas and do not accept returns, all sales are therefore final and as-is.
Pricing
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Peak-Season Pricing for Flower Orders
For flower orders to be delivered during peak seasons: Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, a surcharge will be added to the items ordered in order to cover the higher cost of flowers we have to pay our growers during these times.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

- In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colours shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
- For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.
- If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

- For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
- For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another colour.
- If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
